We like to get all this information to you before you book so you feel happy, safe and reassured you know who you spending your money with.

Are flights included with the weekends?
We would love to include flights with our weekends but we it is better if you book these. If we were to pre-book flights we would not be flexible in the prices and our weekends would be more expensive. We are able to keep low prices because our pre-booked hotels are very flexible.
Can you arrange my flights?
We can of course help you search and locate the cheapest flights, and will move around dates so we can best accommodate your arrangements to get the best deal, this way we get the cheap flights and a cheap weekend and everyone is happy.
How do I get from the airport to my hotel, is this included in the price?
In nearly all our weekend packages the airport transfer to and from the airport is included in the price.
What happens if some of the people in my group have cancelled?
If you tell us eight weeks before the date of travel we will give you a refund. There might be additional costs because our prices are based on certain group sizes but we will do our best to keep any additional costs to a minimum.
Is the hotel far from the bars, clubs and events on the weekend?
The accommodation is always located centrally, so that it is easy for you to find your hotel in the early hours of the morning! Transport is needed for some of the events, but this is usual because we can’t do sailing or quad biking and shooting in the city centre, we would be arrested! So depending on the event, transport is usually laid on. See the event for details.
How do I get from the airport to my hotel, is this included in the price?
In nearly all our weekend packages the airport transfer to and from the airport is included in the price.
Is there always a guide to help us at the weekend events?
Sometimes yes, depending on the event and location. See the package you have opted for and the details will be stated.
What happens if we want to add another event?
If you want to add another event simply give us a call and we will add it to the package for you. No problem at all.
What happens if we need to cancel an event?
If you need to cancel it will have to be done eight weeks prior to your travel date, otherwise we cannot refund you your money.
Is Cheap Stag Weekends (Leisure Weekends Group) a safe business to use?
Cheap Stag Weekends is part of Leisure Weekends Group. Although Leisure Weekends Group is fairly new name, the business has been running for some time as Ultimate Stag and Extreme Hen. The company expanded during 2011 and we created a holding company. Ultimate Stag and Extreme Hen has a very reputable name in the Stag and Hen sector and Cheap Stag Weekends is part of it along with many other names under the holding company.
Why should I book my Stag weekend or Hen weekend with Leisure Weekends Group?
There are lots of Stag and Hen weekend companies on the internet, however we have been around a long time and we have NEVER had a bad report about us. That’s pretty good going, we are proud of it and people put their trust in us. We are a rapidly expanding company which also should give you some reassurance we are good at what we do and you can safely say you are in good hands.
How long have you been doing Stag and Hen weekends?
We have been providing Stag and Hen weekends since 2005. However, we have a combined entertainment and travel agent experience of 40 years. The directors of the business have extensive knowledge in the 18 to 30’s holidays, Thomas Cook agencies and have worked in several entertainment sectors.
I have read your testimonials, but are they true?
Yes we are very lucky and do get some very good testimonials! We really feel good when these emails are sent to us, we feel we have fulfilled our task and very happy that our Stag and Hens customers will remember this for years to come.
What payments do you accept?
Currently we accept all major credit cards. We do not take cash or checks.
Where are you based? And what are the guarantees you won’t run off with my money?
We currently have two office locations, one in the UK and one in busiest area, Spain. Depending on how you reserve your weekend and who you booked your weekend with (one of our agents or direct with us) depends on the type of insurance cover you have. You are covered up to £150,000 per person under our liability insurance. If you book your flights separately we strongly advise you to take out separate flight insurance. We are constantly looking at different ways to make our customers feel more secure, we seem to have covered most angles but we ask our customers to double check to make sure in case of any unforeseen problems.
