Paul has lived in Spain since 1997, initially starting work in a nightclub in Costa Blanca he moved to Madrid where he lived for a year before moving to Tenerife.

This ex semi professional footballer is fluent in Spanish and has worked all over the world with different holiday companies. His previous resorts worked are, Tenerife, Cancun, Playa Del Carmen and Lloret de Mar before settling in Benidorm in 1999.

He has vast experience in the youth market previously working with 2wenties youth product and Heatwave in Benidorm.
