Sheffield has a fantastic nightlife. Sheffield is full of places to go out and the hard part is deciding where to go, for a chilled night out away from clubbing or for some drinks before a club then Sheffield has plenty of bars on offer. Either way, a hard nights partying or a relaxing stag weekend with events, Sheffield is a cool place to make it your weekend.
Sheffield has nights going on all over the 7 days in a week so there is something to suit everyone.
On the club side, Embrace boasts five rooms and is placed right in the middle of town while The Leadmill caters to more of an indie taste, with live bands often gracing the Steel Stage and worryingly cheap drinks most nights. Plug is also a favourite, with regular visits from the headphone disco and its Thursday special, Jump Around, is a regular. Corporation offers a sticky but friendly venue for rock fans while the large O2 Academy accommodates big name bands as well as its own special club nights.
Sheffield hosts a city wide music festival called Tramlines, which takes in 50 venues and three outdoor stages in the city centre. This year the event saw the likes of Mystery Jets, Toddla T, Simian Mobile Disco, Echo and the Bunnymen and many more perform over one weekend, and next year’s event will undoubtedly be equally impressive.
There is loads of Stag Weekend events to choose from, check out our packages below from only £65.
